(CCL) is a medicinal herb widely used in traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of ophthalmic diseases, including age-dependent vision-threatening retinal degenerative disorders that involve irreversible loss of the first-order retinal neurons, photoreceptors. 摘要: The eye is highly susceptible to inflammation-mediated tissue damage evoked during bacterial infection. However, mechanisms regulating inflammation to protect the eye remain elusive. 摘要: Segmentation of retina images to isolate and detect abnormalities is an important step before the classification can be performed. In this paper, we apply three popular unsupervised segmentation algorithms, namely, K-means clustering, fuzzy C-means clustering and Otsu multilevel thresholding algorithm to extract dark and bright lesions caused by diabetic retinopathy, in the earlier stages of its prognosis. 摘要: The tropical estuarine guppy Poecilia vivipara was used to address fish early life stage toxicity caused by the antifouling contaminant tributyltin (TBT). 摘要: Objective: To determine the effect of intravitreal injection of Avastin for Neovascular age related macular degeneration. Methods: 76 Patients were selected by sampling. 摘要: The aim of the present study was to elucidate the putative interactions between the serotoninergic and the GABAergic systems in the lower vertebrate retinas. Experiments were performed on 12-14 µm frozen frog and turtle retinal sections, processed with more than 10 different antibodies directed against serotonin, GABA and their membrane receptors by means of the indirect immunocytochemical method. 摘要: PURPOSE(#br)Pituitary adenylate Cyclase-Activating Polypeptide (PACAP) is a neuroprotective peptide that has been shown to exert protective effects in different models of neurodegenerative diseases, including retinal degenerations.
