摘要: Iridium nanoclusters (IrNCs) stabilized with citrate were synthesized and then the ligand was exchanged by lipoic acid (LA). The IrNCs@LA were bioconjugated through carbodiimide chemistry with specific antibodies to prepare IrNCs-labelled immunoprobes.
