摘要: The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of adopting a artificial intelligence-embedded customer relationship management (CRM) system for business-to-business relationship management. After reviewing the literature and considering the theory, a conceptual model was developed. The model was validated using the PLS-SEM technique with 312 responses from 14 firms in the B2B context. 摘要: Recent technological advances allow artificial intelligence (AI) to perform tasks that require high warmth, such as caring, understanding others’ feelings, and being friendly. However, current consumers may be reluctant to accept AI for such tasks. 摘要: In a crowded social media marketplace, restaurants often try to stand out by showcasing elaborate “Instagrammable” foods. 摘要: This paper investigates the impact of investment in automation- and AI-related goods on within-firm wage inequality in the French economy during the 2002–2017 period. We document that most wage inequality in France is accounted for by differences among workers belonging to the same firm rather than by differences between sectors, firms, and occupations.
