摘要:Abstract(#br)Dioxirane generated in situ by reaction of chiral 1,2:4,5-di- O -isopropylidene-D- erythro -hexo-2,4-diulo-2,6-pyranose with Oxone oxidizes prochiral sulfides to the corresponding sulfoxides with an enantiomeric excess of 2 to 25%.

摘要:Various 1,1-disubstituted terminal olefins have been investigated for asymmetric epoxidation using chiral ketone catalysts. Up to 88% ee has been achieved with a lactam ketone, and a planar transition state is likely to be a major reaction pathway.
